Our big interest in cars and engine optimisation has always been of benefit to our customers in the form of products that increase the performance and driving experience of the car. We have constantly been in the forefront regarding technical innovations. Here are some examples of what BSR has developed: the world’s first E85 powered WRC car, the engine control system for the super sports car Koenigsegg resulting in three world records in speed and power output, the world’s first E95 converted diesel car, the only approved E85 conversion kit in Sweden, and products like PPC Tuning System and Riiport.

Forget everything about delayed answers, long telephone queues and ignorant staff. Now we introduce the BSR support agreement!

The support agreement contains this
Up to eight competent technicians from BSR’s development centre are there for you to help you with questions or problems that have come up. They will assure that you, as a BSR customer, always have access to:

• Free updates/improvements in the tuning files done by BSR
• New tuning files, e.g. when the workshop has updated the car’s ECU at the service*
• Free technical support via www.bsr.se

* Not offered if the car manufacturer introduces restrictions that complicate or make tuning impossible.

Some examples of questions or problems that can occur, and with which we will help you via the BSR support, are: Which products fits respective BSR tuning stages? How do I connect to the BSR server? Does my car reach full power output? I need to fault search my car. What do the diagnostic trouble codes mean?

Who can sign the BSR support agreement?
We offer the support agreement to all customers that buy, or already have bought, PPC Tuning System. The support agreement is included in the price and free of charge for two years from the time of buying. After that we offer you to renew the agreement one year at a time, costing 600SEK/year. The agreement is affiliated with the car. When exchanging car the agreement is transferred to the new owner.
